The guesthouse "Casa Scala" is an old tuscan cottage, completely renovated. It is situated in a very peaceful area.

Casa Scala can host 10-12 guests. In the upper part of the house are situated two apartments.

1. Apartment 'Terrazza' with two bedrooms with 2 beds each, a large kitchen with fire place and another sleeping possibility, bathroom and a large sunny and furnished terrace.

2. Apartment 'Scala' also with two bedrooms, a large kitchen, bathroom and furnished terrace. The larger bed/livingroom is equipped with a stove/fire place. The apartment disposes of heating (supplement).

On the groundfloor are two small 1-room apartments, each for two guests with kitchenette, bathroom and garden.

The kitchens are fully equipped and each bathroom has a hairdryer. Bed linen is not included and should be braught. or you can rent it for € 5,00 per person.

All apartments dispose of SAT-TV.
For rainy days there are books to read and plays. Large private parking.
Large green in the garden for soccer, badminton, frisbi, bowling....

There are bicycles available to reach the beach (1 km) and the harbour town of Marina di Campo (1.5 km).

The beach is at 1,6 km and the town center of Marina di Campio at 2 km.
